I've been having physiotherapy by Aaron for my shoulder injury. His 'hands on' treatments are very good and the exercises and stretching that he gave me are very effective. I've had good improvement on my shoulder, much less pain and better range of movement. The receptionists are very kind too.

My daughter & I have been coming to see Aaron for a few years now. Aaron is friendly & proffesional & always has us back on track within a week or so, always offers good advice & exercises to strengthen the weakness. Staff are always happy & friendly, definitely recommend Pro Perform physio.

I went to see Aaron because I’d experienced several aggravations of an old back injury over the past few years.My goal was to both address my pain at the time, and also reduce the likelihood of future recurrences. I found Aaron to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He provided hands on treatment, as well modified strengthening and stretching exercises I was already doing to much better target the area concerned. Within a few weeks my back was all good, and still is months later. Thanks Aaron!
